Ukranian borscht

Beef, pork, beets, cabbage ( onion, garlic)

Ukraine!  Destined to be swallowed up by Russia as it makes its geopolitical play for the region!  Soon, desperate Ukranians will turn to NATO in hopes of fending off the new threat from Moscow!  But until they do, let us rejoice in that heartwarming staple of both cultures: Borscht!  And since this is the MeatWater version, we threw out the beets and used pork blood sausage to provide the signature deep red color!  Serve it hot or cold (but we recommend body temperature)!

Best enjoyed at body temperature!
