Based on a Krautkrämer family heirloom recipe, passed down to me from my Oma, and a Teutonic favorite. These ginormous meatballs were served at Sunday dinner, family gatherings, and special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. We braise Grade AAA ground top sirloin and mix it with boiled new potatoes and Spiced Cabbage in Champagne for a taste of German Luxury!
